I'm not using Exchange, I'm using ArgoSoft MSPro. I am using Outlook as my email client but its coming from an external network, not an internal (lan). I've looked at the instructions on that page you referenced but it doesn't seem to apply. I have tried setting up a dummy domain, just to see if it would work, but messages bounce because with the following error... The DNS error occurred while relaying the mail to the following recipients: ass...@my... Domain name does not exist However, I didn't do the last step because it didn't make sense to me. Is it saying... 1. Have client send spam to ass...@my... 2. Have mailserver forward ass...@my... to ass...@my... Shouldn't clients send to "real/local domain" and not the "dummy domain"? It seems to me that the instructions are mixed up..or maybe I am??? Please clarify. :) >From: "Jannie Hanekom" <jan...@op...> >Reply-To: ass...@li... >To: <ass...@li...> >Subject: RE: [Assp-user] Email interface error >Date: Tue, 30 Dec 2003 19:22:20 -0000 > >Hi > >You need to either tell your mail clients to send messages directly to >ASSP, or set up your mail system as per the following URL: >http://assp.sourceforge.net/fom/cache/45.html > >-----Original Message----- >From: dynamite haq [mailto:dyn...@ho...] >Sent: 30 December 2003 18:21 >To: ass...@li... >Subject: [Assp-user] Email interface error > > >When I try to report spam via the email interface I get the following >error... > >"The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was >rejected by >the server.
