Circling back on this. With the current 2017 dev versions of ASSP, it there any functional difference or downside if we're using ActiveState 5.20 (on Windows) vs your relocatable Strawberry perl zip? I don't want to be running a different version of Perl than you're using for dev, but it may be a while before I can properly migrate (and test) production to this new version. I know 5.20 will be supported until at least 2018 - but does that mean the idea is to have it fully supported, as in all things will work as well under it as 5.24 or future newer versions?
