[Assp-user] ASSP VMWare image

A couple months ago when I decided to consolidate several integrated
ASSP deployments into a single standalone ASSP VM with domain routing, I
was surprised that I couldn't locate a ready made VMWare appliance that
could jumpstart the process.  So I made one.

Here's a link to a VI 4, CentOS 6.4 x86_64/ASSP 2.2.1 .vmdk.

It's a 40 GB image with perl 5.14.4 and all perl modules to support ASSP
including Net-SNMP.  9% of the 40 GB is in use.  The tar ball is 2.0 GB.
