URIBL = detect 'WEB-SERVER" URL's that are bad 
DNSBL = detect 'SMTP-SERVER-IP's ' that should not send mails

These are two different things, each one has nothing to do with the other.

I would like an option to, for every url processed with URIBL's, convert 
the host name to IP and then query the DNSBL's.
