ASSP 2.1.1(11278), Windows server 2003 x86, Perl 5.12.4. Emails from a client of ours are being blocked, as per the following log entries (actual email addresses have been obscured): 2011.10.31 12:08:53 id-62933-05112 [Worker_1] [TLS-out] [DenyStrict] 212.74.114.14 <senderaddy> to: myaddy blocked by denySMTPConnections or droplist strict: 2.0.0.0/8 2011.10.31 12:08:53 id-62933-05112 [Worker_1] [TLS-out] [DenyStrict] 212.74.114.14 <senderaddy> to: myaddy [spam found] (blocked by denySMTPConnections strict '2.0.0.0/8') [Test] -> d:/assp/discarded/5112.eml; The IP address 212.74.114.14 is *not* present in either denySMTPConnectionsFrom or denySMTPConnectionsFromAlways. The only place in our ASSP implementation I can find a near-value is in the auto-downloaded griplist, thus: 212.74.1140.47 The sending MTA belongs to Tiscali. Why is this happening? What can I do to allow our client's emails to get through? Steve. |
