In version 1.5.1.2.0.0.20 on win32 in the GUI the default says:

'^\d+\.\d+\.\d+\.\d+$|^[^\.]+\.?$'

 but sets the field to:

'^d+.d+.d+.d+$|^[^.]+.?$'
