We only have one mail server (and one internet line) at my company, so I just wanted a backup service to hold mail for me if my mail server and/or my internet T1 line went down. I know that most mail servers will retry sending mail if they can't get through, but there have been times when our T1 has been down long enough that incoming mail started bouncing back to senders, and that doesn't look good.
