Hello Lamine, I've had the exact same problem with you. There is an alternative way of doing this that I've found on my own. Now, this is for 1.2.6 because I've had some problems with newer versions (I've written about this previously and Fritz reassured me that the newer versions are working like a charm; so it must be something I've done wrong but I hadn't had the time to upgrade). On v1.2.6 there is a section on the left-hand pane called "Other Settings". Now in this pane there are various sections. Click on section "Header MaxBytes" and type 100000 in the field. On the same Section ("Other Settings"), there is another sub-section called "Max Bytes"; Change this to something like 200000 (200Kbytes). This should be enough to get all of each message. If you feel generous, give it a bigger number (say : 1500000 for approx. 1,5Mb), it's up to you. Now, AFAIK, this is for both "spam" and "notspam" directories. If someone comes back to you and complains that he/she hadn't received such and such e-mail from such and such sender, ask them the senders' name or surname or e-mail address or domain name (you don't need all of the above just a piece of it), then go to "Maillog Tail", enter the info you were given in the field at the top of the page and find the relevant message (probably marked as spam, say : xx.xx.xx.xx <xx...@xx...> to: xx...@xx... bayesian spam - -> /usr/local/assp/spam/false-positive-message_--1194.eml Mark the "false-positive-message_--1194.eml", copy it, launch an ssh session to the mailserver (or access the mailserver, from what I understand you're running some version of windows) and copy it over from "/path/to/assp/spam/" to "/path/to/assp/notspam/" and to the users' mail folder respectively. I do not know how to do this on Lotus Domino. I am using Xmail on linux. Hope this helps, Regards, spyros --- On Tue, 16/9/08, a.L...@bd... <a.L...@bd...> wrote: > From: a.L...@bd... <a.L...@bd...> > Subject: Re: [Assp-user] How to force an email that have been blocked by ASSP tobe delivered > To: "Questions and Answers for users of ASSP Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy" <ass...@li...> > Cc: "Questions and Answers for users of ASSP Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy" <ass...@li...>, ass...@li... > Date: Tuesday, 16 September, 2008, 6:22 PM > i'm already using the CCAllSpam feature but for my users > it ispreferable > to have a way to re-send the email from ASSP as it is done > with some other > anti-spam relay servers. > > Usualy you have either a way, from the admin interface, to > select and > resend the email or a directory where you can put the good > mails for > resend by the anti-spam relay server. > > Does your reply means that this is not feasible with ASSP? > > thanks, > > Lamine > > “It is not enough to do your best, you must know what to > do and then do > your best. > Does experience help?
