I second that, i see a rise in cpu use (which i don't mind if it is =20 affective) however i am also seeing a lot of perl sessions opened =20 (clamav as user) which loads the url's or something, this is taking =20 quite long sometimes! and maybe this is why the load rises a lott. clamav=C2=A0=C2=A0 26773=C2=A0 0.0=C2=A0 0.0=C2=A0 7892 3204 ?=C2=A0=C2=A0= =C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 RN=C2=A0=C2=A0 10:56=C2=A0=C2=A0 0:00 =20 /usr/bin/perl -w /usr/bin/GET -t10 =20 http://www.autorola.nl/?sstlcmpid=3D120005964 Can it be that this is due to the phishing filter of clamav ?? With the testing i did it does not capture al virusses (so virusses =20 keep comming through) i am running the latest assp on a dual xeon =20 rhel3 with 4gb of mem, so i don't think server power is an issue here! Strangly enough i did not capture the eicar test anytime... which i =20 think is strange already! |
