OFF    Test Mode / Early Sender Validation Test Mode  (it was allways off)
SET    RBL Options / Maximum Time  to 20
ON    RBL Options / RBL Validation before Delaying

by the way, unless there is some problems with the actual dns resolver list
i set on that computer, i have good and responsive dns servers.

in a few hours / minutes i'll tell you if changing the timeout to 20 sec
solved the problem
