The only explanation I can come up with, is that you have a very slow
DNS. Early DNS is demanding.
Especially when you run earlyChecks in Testmode.

So for testing purposes please uncheck Testmode > Early Sender
Validation Test Mode< and run earlyRBL again, setting >Maximum Time<
to 20.

You should really run the Early Sender Validation without testmode
anyway, it is the hottest part in the new versions )))
