As per title, it is possible to get some attributes from the input file without parsing thousands of vertices so that I may be able to tweak my parsing flags used in importer.ReadFile?

I'm not an expert in what assimp is capable of but that may not be possible some attributes might not be stored in the file at all but may need to be calculated from an analysis of the entire contents of the file.
