Added <meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=10"> for IE 11+ compatibility (thanks to Peter Chr. Gram).

Fixed a problem with "Option Explicit", and added handling for CR and LF line delimiters.

"On Error Resume Next" added for servers that don't default to it.
