When I was updating the KEGG data for ASGARD today (2009-05-05), I noticed that KEGG has changed the location and structure of their data files again, which completely breaks ASGARD. I am not sure when the KEGG change was effected, but the update still worked as of mid-January 2009, when I last updated the data files.
I will try to fix this problem as soon as possible, but it seems like a tough one. KEGG's changes seem to have been quite extensive, and will take a lot of tweaking in ASGARD programs to readapt.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

KEGG has the old style files back to the site again from release 52, so I just updated the locations in the relevant scripts, and so far it seems to be working. I am using the software right now and will soon know if any problems remain.
ASGARD has been changed (in version 1.5 or later) to use the new KEGG data structure, among lots of other updates.
