#7 Supporting ń (spanish) filename

Is the asx links to a file containing ń return "file not
found"

Example:

The file can be played on Windows Media Player, but not
in ASF Rcorder.

Thats nice now that you have played it in wmp just right click
use properties and get the actual location of the file.
Thats right just like the readme suggested.
But if you feel all raly about it and whant to support special
ascii char and feel up to wrighting A hole new recorder - By
all means go ahead.
As for me Iv been a little to bizy latly. Changing over to
FreeBSD os. Finly chucked windoz. so I couldnt program on
paper if I wanted to right now.
