[Ascopy-announce] New release 1.0.0

This is the announcement of the 1.0.0 release of the web site
maintenance utility AScopy.

This version is the first 'final' stable release. The major addition to
this version is the possibility for AScopy to recognize a file copy or a
move of a file.

The DocBook based documentation is been dropped in favor of the man
page.
