[Ascopy-announce] New release 0.9.2

This is the announcement of the 0.9.2 release of the web site
maintenance utility AScopy.

The previous version has a bug that caused the removal of local and
remote directories to be in the wrong order. That is: directories were
attemped to be deleted before they were empty.
