Artificial Learning will demonstrate real, flexible learning. First file release shows a really basic high-level layout, and some tastes of things to come.

Details:
- This release is in WSH5.6 over XML. It's what was easily available
- Future releases will most likely migrate to use Java, possibly web-based, for ease of use
