Thanks Thorst.  

Creating the pom is not that tough right.  Once i downloaded the required
archetypes, I imported my local repository into artifactory.  :)  

I have an issue when downloading the jetty plugin.  It is not there in the
local repo, but its supposed to download from the central repo right? 
Unable to figure this out...

I am sure its gonna be some silly thing...  but stuck with it right now...
