I just checked again. This does not seem to be the case. The = settings.xml defines the following plugin repos: <pluginRepository> <id>central</id> <url>http://10.64.1.38:8082/artifactory/plugins-releases</url> </pluginRepository> <pluginRepository> <id>snapshots</id> <url>http://10.64.1.38:8082/artifactory/plugins-snapshots</url> </pluginRepository> None of them is listed in the Artifactory config file.
