Other options you might want to consider: 1. Deploying on Tomcat (see "WAR File" at http://www.jfrog.org/sites/artifactory/latest/install.html) and run Tomcat as a service. 2. There must be some trick to run the batch file as service. 3. File a JIRA request for this feature (can probably be done with Java Service Wrapper).
