Hi, We have an artifactory instance running inside the corporate firewall, and we need to add some artifacts from maven central. Since my local PC can get through the corporate firewall, I started a copy of artifactory on my local PC, downloaded the artifacts from maven central. Then did an export of repo1-cache, transferred all the files to our other instance and did an import. In short -- it did not work. the "missing" artifacts are still missing. Looking over the log files I got about 400+ instances of this pattern: 2012-12-13 10:01:50,038 [art-exec-1] [WARN ] (o.a.j.JcrServiceImpl:468) - Could not import file '\home\artifactory\repositories\repo1-cache\org\apache\maven\scm\maven-scm\1.4\maven-scm-1.4.pom' into /repositories/repo1-cache/repo1-cache/org/apache/maven/scm/maven-scm/1.4/maven-scm-1.4.pom.: The target deployment path 'repo1-cache/org/apache/maven/scm/maven-scm/1.4/maven-scm-1.4.pom' does not match the POM's expected path prefix 'org/apache/maven/scm/maven-scm/1.4'. Please verify your POM content for correctness and make sure the source path is a valid Maven repository root path. And in this case the new artifacts I need from maven central do not import. No changes were made to the configs of repo1-cache. lastly, for security reasons, we have modified the artifactory source and removed the entire 'upload' tab, so uploading via the web ui is not an option. Whats the best way to copy repo1-cache from one instance to another? -- View this message in context: http://forums.jfrog.org/copy-repo1-cache-to-another-instance-tp7578445.html Sent from the Artifactory - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. |
