MVN does not get latest SNAPSHOT from Artifactoy Virtual repo

We are having problems when for some of our modules we are not getting the latest SNAPSHOT from artifactoy if we have other version in our local repo.

If we purge local it works.
If we use -U it works.

But both workarrounds are not efficient as it forces to redownload everithing again. We have 108 modules in our application.

I am going to test with unique versions to see if works.
