Hi,
i have hit another issue when trying to assign permissions to remote repos.
When I anonymously request a not-yet cached element from the short repo name (http://server/artifactory/repo1) it works. When I try to request it by the long repo name (http://server/artifactory/repo1-cache), it returns a 404 immediately. But I need the long repo name for applying permissions (see RTFACT-1068).

Minimal configuration to hit the bug:
I have activated "Allow Anonymous Access" and created only a single permission target on ANY repo with all permissions for anonymous.
