#3 Some elements are too small on hidpi screens

I'm using it with qt5, in plasma 5, and here are some elements that are too small with hi-dpi screens such as a retina display on a macbook:

• Title of the selected video on top of its description;
• icons: preferences, info, download, refresh, open in browser

I've attached a screenshot for a better view of the problem (areas surround in red)

I need to find a way to reproduce this issue. I don't have such a screen. Will have a look on best practices for hidpi screens with Qt.

The only difference is that the DPI value is set to 192 (under fonts in kde 4 and 5) instead of the common 96 value.

Even if things would look pretty big on a normal screen, it would allow you to check what didn't scale properly.
