#16 Help file?

Seeing the radio buttons 1) Bidirectional Synchronize 2) Unidirectional Backup and 3) Unidirectional Merge together cause my head to explode. I'm not sure what the difference between 2) and 3) is, and there is no help file with arRsync 0.4.1. Could the difference be summarized by some helpful diagram-like icons next to the buttons, or a tooltip which describes how each option works? That would help me.
