[Arrowheadasp-users] Update for JavaCC 3.x

I have just checked in a long overdue update for ArrowHead to compile
under JavaCC 3.x. It no longer uses the <javacc> ant task because ant
has to be patched to work with JavaCC 3.x, instead it calls JavaCC
directly using the <java> ant task, which works nicely. Please let me
know if anybody has any problems building ant now.
