AHI Prefs. doesn't show the driver (see attached screenshot). i386-linux
works.
AHI is currently still very broken on 64bit and uses ULONG still
extensively in the code. most drivers are also hard coded to use 32bit
addresses (particularly hardware drivers).
By the way, current situation is: AHI prefs' test sound button works, but applications can't play anything on my Ubuntu 64 virtual machine. I have compiled MadAHI and initially thought it was broken, but then I discovered that no program seem able to play anything on linux hosted x86-64.
