#532 Tooltypes ignored if using a copy of SYS:System/Shell.info

Shell-Tooltypes are read from SYS:System/Shell.info, regardless if it's a copy of Shell.info at a different location with different tooltypes.

this is most probably a bug, because AmigaOS3.9 behaves differently: double-click on a newly created Shell-icon with changed tooltypes does reflect the changes.
(Sorry, currently cannot test with AmigaOS3.1.)

reproduction:
copy SYS:System/Shell.info to another place, edit it's tooltypes (say: change Shell-window's title), and double-click it, the changes are not applied to the new shell window.

edit SYS:System/Shell.info's tooltypes, and double-click the aforementioned newly created copy, the changes in SYS:System/Shell.info's tooltypes are applied to the new shell window (too).
