I need to thoroughly javadoc armi.ARMI and write a
usage documenation describing each aspect of ARMI and
how to use it. Later, for more advanced users, I need
to document how to swap between UDP and TCP and how to
configure other configurable innards of ARMI.

I would be more than happy to do the documentation process.
I feel that I could write easy to understand instructions
(as one of my major annoyances is seeing a poorly written
help document (see: Microsoft "Help")).
