Right. Site.java uses boot.lisp; the ABCL bootup process does too (at
least for the REPL, but maybe for all interpreter instances).

I'd say the right strategy here is to keep removing .lisp files until
the system won't start anymore. However, it would be a good bet to do
a shortcut test which includes *only* boot.lisp and/or top-level.lisp
(the real REPL processor).

You mean the submitted patch has this problem, or our current build files do?
