#19 Lack of Meta key modifier

There doesn't seem to be a Meta modifier for the
keymap, only Ctrl Shift and Alt. Meta is used a lot on
Macs, in most of the chords where Ctrl is used on Windows.

This means that you can't set up the standard bindings
Meta-X/C/V for cut/copy/paste, and you have to guess
whether you're in something that has been extended by J
to use Ctrl-X/C/V or in one of the swing fields where
Meta-X/C/V works.

Make that a documentation lapse- Meta works in the key map,
but the help on key mappings doesn't list it.

A case of don't RTFM ;).

Sorry for the documentation lapse. I've fixed it now (in
keys.html, in current CVS) so Meta is listed as one of the
modifier keys.
