#127 Unknown Setting Messages

I have received several "unknown setting" messages on a 0.2.6.0
server, and also on Jonathans server (running pre-beta1).

What is odd is that my client was not getting these messages
before. I was getting notified of the changes (as per usual). Then all
of a sudden my client doesn't know about that setting.

I was running the 0.2.8.0_beta2 client.

    Weird. Perhaps a bug in the string transmission or comparison.
