#148 apf6sp firmware autoload

Add the ability to load apf6sp fpga in one file under uboot and linux.
Add the ability to load apf6sp fpga in two files unter uboot for periph.rbf and under linux for core.rbf.
Bitstream must be saved under a rootfs directory.
