#289 Re-designing Outfit Dialogs

Referencing issue #283.

I think as part of a new design for the outfit dialog (both Java & web clients) it would be good to consolidate the head, mouth, & eyes preview onto a single canvas.

Edit: It may even be worthwhile to put body preview on same canvas.

Note, in the mockup, I forgot to add individual selector buttons for eyes & mouth next to head preview.
