#285 Use Palette Swapping for Similar Images to Reduce Download Size

There are a few sprites in Stendhal that could be considered duplicates with different colors/palettes. If we were to use palette swapping (I think is the correct term) to change the colors of a sprite image, rather than creating a new image, it would reduce the size of the client. This is already being considered for player sprite bases.

Example of current orc & mountain orc:

I'm not exactly sure how image coloring works. Changing colors for RGB sprites might be different than ones using indexed colors.

It may also be feasible for tilesets.
