#284 Idea: Character Sprite Generator

There are a few character sprite generators found around the internet (including Charas). I think we should create & host a generator specifically for Arianne/Stendhal. I'm guessing it would need to be written in a server side language like PHP. So hosting on GitHub would not be an option.

I'll try to create a mockup eventually.
