#268 Starting Marauroa from Java

I would like to have the means to embed Marauroa into web application for example. Looks like the only way is via Process Builder and that's fine. But I struggled to find a way to configure it besides the ini file.

I could probably find a way around this by modifying the code, but would like to know developer feedback on how to implement it so it can be merged into the code.

Implementation of changes:
1) Removed duplicated code that had different years in the output for the copyright information. Fixed that and add to use current year at end of copyright range.
2) The actual changes required for this to work.
