🐞 Describe the bug

If a player is wearing a rented temporary costume & plays the arrow game during Minetown weeks to get a balloon, the temporary outfit becomes permanent. This results in the players customized outfit being lost.

It may also occur with the umbrella but I have not tested it.

🔥 How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Rent a costume from any lender.
2. Complete arrow game during Minetown Weeks to get balloon.
3. Wait for costume to wear off. A notification appears but costume remains.
