The "<somebody> is outside knocking on the door!" message is only sent to characters that linger on the same floor as where the door is located. If they are upstairs or downstairs in multi-storied houses, they won't notice visitors knocking the door.</somebody>
Little lower priorized "side quest": It would also be nice, to have a knocking sound additionally to the text message. :o)

Makes sense that it should be heard in all levels/rooms of the house.
Now supports sending knocking message to multiple maps. What's left is to convert all the old house portals to new ones that support the attribute.Edit: Better solution. This one doesn't require converting any house portals. Just need to associate the correct maps with each other. I have already done a few in Ados.
