#5904 mask won't time out and is not returnable

Hi,
I bought a mask from Fidorea during the festival at the semos mines. I've been running around with it for more than 5 hours (more like 10-15 hours I'd guess) but it won't go away. Today I tried to return it but her answer was: <fidorea> I can't remember that I gave you anything.
When I bought it, I cycled through 2 or 3 masks until I got one I liked. </fidorea>

I'm not going to touch it for now, so you can have a look at the current state.
