Actually I didn't test the gnutls neither (there was a build conditional in the rpm and I though I did...). I would need a machine with the latest gnutls to test.

The patch that has been integrated in the openSUSE package is this one -> https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file?file=aria2-1.15.1-system_certificates.patch&package=aria2&project=network%3Autilities
It only loads the system certificates if the user didn't explicitly select one.

I fixed duplicate "{" at line 61 and 62.
