    haha, good question, I'm guessing magically make some extra bandwidth out of thin air? :)

    maybe the submitter wants aria2 to use FTP/HTTP instead, if the torrent download speed isn't fast enough?

    what do other clients do?

    What do you expect when the download speed is lower than specified SPEED?
    The same as with ftp/http: aria termination with "ERROR - exception: Too slow Downloading speed: 10308 <= 101376(B/s)".

    aria2-trunk is now peer exchange enabled, so it becomes easier to collect peers than before.

    It may be good to cancel/terminate download when the speed is too slow and the download seems not to be completed in a year...
