#199 Add a completedLength and totalLength to getFiles keys

I would be convenient to add a completedLength and a totalLength to the keys returned by the getFiles RPC method.

    completedLength will be added in the next release.
    For totalLength, use length key.

    Use 1.13.0 which has completedLength in getFiles.
