#167 support downloading from usenet

I'd like to request the functionality to download from usenet via .nzb files, which would turn aria2 a little more in the direction of a 'complete download suite'.

Needed features would be support for (encrypted) nntp, parsing nzb-files and ideally a build-in/linked-in par2-checking functionality.

yep, it is that.... it is a multithread + multiserver software but he works as a proxy cache webservice...
