#77 files to mark directories to exclude

Hi,
I would be pleased if you could implement a new filtering option which excludes all directories (with subdirectories) containing a special file like ".areca-exclude-[number]". Allowing the user to set a [number] for each of these files, one could even differentiate in the filters. A more beautiful way would perhaps be to not include the [number] in the filename but save it in the file.
