#317 Filter for Symlinks in Windows version

Filters for symlinks are only possible ind Linux version of Areca. But on Windows symlinks are possible, too, although not as widely used. So it would be good if this filter were available on Windows, too.
(I mostly use hardlinks - are they copied as hardlinks or as separate files?)
