#315 Make an option to use aescrypt to encrypt zip files

The advantage of using aescrypt to encrypt the archives of areca would be, that in the event of some error lost files, or other fuck-up, files could be be accessible with a third party program.

I know there is the decrypt.exe in the areca tools folder, but if aescrypt was used it would give a bit more reassurance.

I don't know it it would be a big thing to implement, but I would guess not. duplicati use this approach (but lacks some nice features of areca).
