The Arduino Circadian Behavioral Assay (CBA) routines run on Arduino 1.0 or later and requires an external library, RTClib.h.

The CBA routines "3-ChamberControl" control light-on timing under various entrainment schemes and measures general movements using PIR and the light level using CdS in three animal chambers.
