[archivemail-user] ANN: archivemail version 0.4.8 is available

Previously archivemail would abort when confronted with a world-writeable
directory in which to store tempfiles (which would be the current working
directory)... this has been fixed so that we call mkdir() to create a
container directory in which we can place any created tempfiles.
